The August Learning Solutions Bookstore Policy
For PO Submission:
- If you are unable to purchase via credit card you may initiate a PO with our customer service department at [email protected].
- Orders requiring a PO must be authorized with our customer service department.
- POs will be billed within 30 days of books shipping.
- All orders should be placed through https://www.augustlearningsolutions.com/marketplace/ (you will be redirected to our distributor’s website, http://www.bookmasters.com/Shop/Publisher/august-learning-solutions).
- When you enter the marketplace, click “Start a New Order” and then identify yourself as a bookstore. Bookstores will not be subject to sales tax, but will be required to place a 5–book minimum order.
- All orders are prepaid before we ship. Payment can be made at the time of purchase by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted) upon ordering from our online marketplace at https://augustlearningsolutions.com/marketplace/.

- Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to process.
- Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders.
- We are unable to honor third party shipping.
- You determine your list price (prices will not be printed on the cover).
- All books are printed specifically for the order placed. Returns are subject to a 10% return allowance, and returns over 10% are charged a manufacturing fee of $10 per book to cover print-on-demand costs. Paperbacks must be received back in new condition, and within 6 months of the purchase date. Returns are handled through our customer service department at [email protected].
